About us

The word

Innesto is Italian for a graft: the technique that joins a branch to a plant that already has roots. You cut, fit and bind; if the joint holds, the two grow as one plant. The studio’s name comes from there.

The work

That is how we work with AI: inside something that already exists, a codebase, a process, a team, which has to keep holding while it changes. That is why our method talks about limits and checks first, and about speed after.

The studio

Innesti Digital is the studio of Fratelli Ottaviani S.R.L., in Villa San Giovanni in Tuscia, in the province of Viterbo, Italy. We build software with AI agents, starting with our own tools; one of them is Libretto. In our research notes we write down what we learn.
