What data

This site collects personal data only when someone writes to us through the contact form: the name, the email address, the company if given, and the text of the message. There are no accounts, members’ areas or sign-ups.

The site uses no cookies and no analytics or advertising tools. Like any site, the provider that hosts it records technical data about requests, such as the IP address and the browser, to run it and keep it safe.

Why

We use the form data for one thing only: replying to the message. We do not use it for promotional messages and do not pass it on to third parties for other purposes.

Legal basis

Consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and the steps needed to answer a request from the person writing to us.

How long

Contact data is kept for at most 24 months from the request, unless stated otherwise.

Who may receive it

The technical providers we need to host the site and receive mail, and the competent authorities where the law requires it.

Your rights

At any time you can ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing or portability, object to processing or withdraw consent, by writing to privacy@innestidigital.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali.
